National Power, LLC is actively seeking an experienced Senior/Master Generator Technician to perform and supervise service operations for National Power's customers and service teams.
Requirements
- Supervise and direct the work of assigned service technicians within geographic territory
- Evaluate performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training programs to improve technical knowledge and overall performance of assigned technicians
- Conduct preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, startup, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of generators and related equipment
- Lead safety initiatives and oversight for all technicians in assigned geography, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
