Job Description
National Power, LLC is seeking a Senior/Master Generator Technician to perform and supervise service operations for customers and service teams. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Supervise and direct service technicians
- Evaluate performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training programs
- Conduct preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, and repairs of generators and related equipment
- Lead safety initiatives and oversight for all technicians
- Provide customer-focused support and resolve concerns
- Support Service Manager in reviewing work orders
