The National Safety Council is seeking a Program Delivery Quality Assurance Monitor to join their mission to save lives and prevent injuries. The role involves monitoring driver safety courses statewide, observing instructors, and completing written reports.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• High level of initiative, time management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• At least 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience
• Prolonged sitting
• Travel required (in-state, must have own transportation)
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
