Collections Specialist

We’re seeking a Collections Specialist to join our high-performing Collections Department, assisting consumers in resolving their delinquent accounts, processing incoming payments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of similar or related collections experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify solutions that enhance productivity and improve services
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
