Sr. Trial Attorney (Commercial Insurance Defense)

We're looking for a Sr. Trial Attorney with significant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation to represent clients under commercial and personal lines insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent trial advocacy skills, be able to proactively manage individual caseloads, and be proficient in using Microsoft suite of products and case management software.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license in the state of Georgia
• More than eight years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation
