Scientist I, Assay Development

Nautilus is seeking a Scientist I for Assay Development to join their team in developing a single-molecule protein analysis platform. The role requires a PhD in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemical Biology, or a related discipline, with hands-on experience in assay development, bioconjugation, biosensors, and/or single-molecule spectroscopy.

Requirements

• PhD in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemical Biology, or a related discipline and relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in assay development, bioconjugation, biosensors, and/or single-molecule spectroscopy
• Experience working with complex or prototype instrumentation is a strong plus
• Proven ability to contribute to interdisciplinary, cross-functional research and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills in documentation, communication, and collaboration
