We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to help scale our presence in the DACH market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and developing a robust sales pipeline in their region, prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads into real opportunities. The role is ideal for someone who combines technical curiosity with creativity, adapting their approach to each client's needs.
Requirements
- Research & Prospect: Identify and understand target customers and decision-makers, tailoring your approach based on the sales landscape and industry-specific use cases
- Lead Generation: Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, including cold calling, personalized emails, industry events and LinkedIn
- Qualify & Nurture Leads: Engage prospects, uncover their pain points, and qualify inbound and outbound leads, in collaboration with Account Executives to maximize pipeline success
- Communicate Impact: Clearly articulate the value of NavVis' industry-leading geospatial and reality capture solutions, using technically grounded, value-driven communication to address each prospect's specific needs
- Shape Campaign Strategy: Work closely with Marketing to leverage your industry insights to refine messaging and targeting
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management
