We're seeking a Business Development Representative (German Speaker) to join our DACH region team. As a curious and growth-minded individual, you'll execute a targeted outbound prospecting strategy across enterprise banking accounts in Germany and the wider DACH market.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English to business-professional standard
- Some professional experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound outreach into financial institutions, banks, or credit unions
- Ability to research and interpret financial industry data to craft personalized, insight-led messaging
- A self-starter who manages their own workflow and holds themselves accountable
- Natural curiosity and the ability to research accounts and craft personalized, insight-led messaging
