Requirements
- Outbound sales experience — preferably in cold calling or business development.
- Strong, engaging personality — must be an extrovert who can hold natural conversations with clients
- Ability to communicate with confidence, empathy, and enthusiasm over the phone.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Coachable and eager to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with CRMs (especially HubSpot) is a plus.
