We are seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter with experience sourcing U.S.-based sales professionals to support our growing sales team.
Requirements
- Source, screen, and recruit U.S.-based sales professionals
- Manage and track candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and internal tools
- Set up interviews and appointments for hiring managers
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activity
- Support candidate communications and follow-ups
