Job Description
The Customer Support Manager oversees daily customer-facing operations, delivering exceptional service to the community, and models best practices by engaging directly with customers and supporting staff during peak times or staffing shortages.
Requirements
- Leadership: Supervise, coach, and support Customer Support Leads and Customer Support Representatives
- Training and Development: Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for Customer Support staff and Lost & Found desk personnel
- Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality, compassionate customer service across all channels
- Operational Responsibilities: Perform all duties of a Customer Support Representative as needed
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear, consistent communication with staff, peers, and leadership
