Business Development Manager

Nelson Connects is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and representing the company at business events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or work equivalent
• One to two years in a sales role is ideal
• Knowledge of recruiting practices is a bonus
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Acute attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
