We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Sales Director to lead our North American sales efforts. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in the field—working directly with customers and reps to close deals, expand key accounts, and grow market share.
Requirements
- Own all aspects of sales execution across North America
- Work closely with Account Executives and Partners to actively support deals
- Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans
- Manage and coach a team of Account Executives and Business Development Reps
- Guide partners on sales execution, pipeline development, and conversion of existing customers
- Track, forecast, and report on sales performance using our CRM
- Ensure consistent sales processes, territory coverage, and customer engagement practices
- Support account planning, pricing, and deal strategy
- Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Drive new customer acquisition while also ensuring strong renewal and expansion
