Join Neon, a startup building an automation platform for enterprises, and ensure patients get life-saving medications when they need them. As a Strategic CSM / Account Manager, you'll own enterprise client relationships, lead implementations, and drive ongoing value.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, program management, or consulting roles with enterprise clients
- Managing complex enterprise accounts, ideally in SaaS or other technology-driven industries
- Track record of delivering successful product implementations or transformation programs
- Strong client-facing presence: able to influence stakeholders from operations managers to executives
