Job Description
NeoWork is a nearshoring and offshoring partner seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mission-critical intake team for a key legal and healthcare partner. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operational relationship with the client, manage a high-volume intake floor, and ensure 100% compliance with responsiveness targets and quality standards.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in Operations, Call Center Management, or Intake Management.
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency with CRM and Telephony tools is required.
- Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary to present performance data and strategy to US-based client leadership in English.
