Job Description
We’re seeking a Support Engineer to join the TNT team, whose primary responsibility is development and maintenance of the Takedown service. The role involves contributing to the development of the Takedown service, participating in the team’s support rota, enhancing documentation, and driving process improvements through automation and workflow optimisation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Takedown system and how it interacts with other Netcraft services
- Strong ability in imperative programming
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong intellectual and commercial curiosity
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English
- Self-motivation and an ability to work independently on longer term tasks
- Strong prioritisation and self-organisation skills
