As IT Service/Support Team Leader, you will lead and motivate our customer service teams. You will be the point of contact for the team in the operational daily business and provide assistance, especially in complex technical questions. The development of the team takes place in close cooperation with the technical leader. One of your key tasks is the technical further development of team members. You organize regular training sessions for various subject areas (e.g. IP, DNS, Veeam, Firewall, Microsoft), improve team knowledge and bring new employees to the same performance level.
As IT Service/Support Team Leader, you will ensure optimal customer care during and after project implementation and thus guarantee that communication with customers is implemented in the best possible way. You will report directly to the technical leader and act as an interface to all areas of the company. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth process of customer support and contribute to developing innovative solutions for technical challenges.
Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification
Experience in technical development and IT support
Leadership experience with proven success record in team leadership
Knowledge of relevant technologies, systems and IT security aspects (e.g. Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, Entra-ID, Veeam, Sophos, Trend Micro)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented work style and ability to motivate and develop employees
