Responsible for promoting and growing Neurocrine products in a specific geographic territory, managing relationships with physicians and other customers, and educating them about the benefits of the product.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in science or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
- 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience is strongly preferred
- Psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred
- Experience with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools
- Master's degree in science or related field is also accepted with 2+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and launch success in complex environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales and account management disposition
- Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- Understanding of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
