Job Description
The Instructional Aide supports teachers in the classroom, facilitates group activities, and supervises students during lunch and recess. The aide also assists with instructional materials, student assessment, and classroom management tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college coursework or experience in education preferred
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic values (preferred)
- Experience in managing and coordinating staff in a childcare or educational environment (preferred)
