Job Description
The REACH Prevention team is seeking a Community Support Professional to serve individuals in the Far Southwest area diagnosed with behavioral health conditions. This role involves providing direct prevention support, assisting with Crisis Education & Prevention Planning, and coordinating services with local providers. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Virginia
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
- Completion of the Education requirements
