Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion, and Learning

The Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion, and Learning will lead efforts related to the design, implementation, and measurement of inclusion and learning initiatives at NYCEDC. The role will play a crucial role in driving employee growth and development while cultivating a culture of equity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience
• 3+ years of managing a function and leading a team
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leadership
• Demonstrated success building and executing a multi-year DEI and learning strategy
