Job Description
The NYISO is seeking a Stakeholder Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service to market participants, stakeholders, and internal teams. The role requires a strong understanding of the NYISO markets and processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or Communications
- Five years' experience in the electric utility industry or a related technical field
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- PC proficiency
- Sound business acumen
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
- Ability to perform in a team environment
