Technical Support Associate - MyTime Support Fulfillment

We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide excellent customer experience and handle large volumes of inbound customer calls. The role involves using basic system administration tools and processes, such as email application, web browsers, DNS, and other domain-related products. The ideal candidate will have good attendance and performance records, and a regular employee with at least one year of tenure in the current role.

• Handles large volumes of inbound customer calls and makes outbound follow up calls during scheduled hours
• Always provides excellent customer experience
• Handles transferred customer calls for instant fulfillment, fulfilling the MyTime service immediately after/during phone call
