Job Description
We are seeking for an analyst of commercial real estate experience to join a growing origination team in India. He/she will be responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of sourcing, structuring and closing multifamily and commercial real estate loans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or other related fields
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service focused
- Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects to complete multiple tasks on schedule
- Technical skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically excel and SharePoint
- Strong work ethic and pro-active team player able to work effectively under sometimes stressful conditions
