Job Description
Newmark is seeking a highly motivated, Underwriting Analyst to join their growing team. The Analyst will provide support in delivering commercial real estate debt underwriting analysis across all markets and for all asset types.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field
- 0-1 years of experience related to commercial real estate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
