Analyst

The Newmark Debt, Equity & Structured Finance team is seeking an Analyst to join the New York office with a focus on hospitality transactions. The Analyst will support the team in preparing pitch materials, financial modeling, and underwriting transactions, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prepare pitch materials and offering memoranda for commercial real estate transactions
• Develop complex financial models of property level cash flows and debt/equity structures
• Review and understand relevant documents to quickly identify relevant information
• Network within the industry through meetings and events
• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings to discuss deal flow and market conditions
• Track and maintain database of transaction executions and identify new business opportunities
