Assistant, Property

Assist Property Managers in administrative tasks, lead customer service requests, and compile reports. Coordinate with Property Managers, develop and maintain filing systems, and administer property accounting reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 3-4 years previous related experience preferably in a Real Estate Background
• Broker or salesman license as required for property management in the state/s where business is transacted
• Knowledge in all aspects of business including leasing and construction management
• Valid real estate license in States that require it
