Job Description
Spring11, a subsidiary of Newmark, seeks an Associate, Asset Management specialist to support a global investment bank's transitional commercial real estate loan portfolio. The role involves asset analysis, underwriting, performance monitoring, and loan modifications, with a focus on ground-up construction projects in various property types across the US and Europe. The company offers a diverse range of commercial real estate services to its clients.
Requirements
- Provide commercial real estate analysis and debt underwriting across all markets and property types
- Support senior asset managers in monitoring portfolio performance
- Review and approve draw requests for renovation and construction projects
- Perform lease analysis, TI/LC, and Renovation draw reviews
- Complete quarterly asset updates
- Update and help create credit committee presentations
