Job Description
Newmark is seeking an Associate to join their growing team on a diverse portfolio of transitional commercial loan assets, including ground-up construction. The Associate will provide asset management support for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including loan underwriting, performance monitoring, and collaboration with stakeholders. They are a company serving financial institutions with real estate services.
Requirements
- Provide commercial real estate analysis and debt underwriting across all markets and property types
- Support senior asset managers in monitoring loan position performance
- Review and approve draw requests for renovation and ground-up construction projects
- Monitor performance of transitional/value-add operating properties
- Complete quarterly asset updates
- Update credit committee presentation memos
