Job Description
Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate - Transactions to manage real estate transaction activities, encompassing project approval, coordination with clients, and field brokerage oversight. This role will involve research, analysis, marketing support, and providing information to clients and stakeholders. The position supports a portfolio of over 170 offices operating globally, with a focus on multifamily properties.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in real estate or MBA in Finance required
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Real Estate License required for commission eligibility
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High degree of professional customer service
