Job Description
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building operating systems, and assisting with snow and ice clearing operations.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work after hours for emergency calls
- Familiarity with building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of life safety, fire protection, and security systems
- Preventative maintenance and work order software system skills
- Ability to work with tenants and management to coordinate work orders
