Job Description
This Engineering/Maintenance Tech position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the operating systems of commercial, Class A office buildings and industrial/warehouse properties. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, supervising contractors, and assisting with after-hours building emergencies. Responsibilities also include handling tenant work orders, providing reports, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Requirements
- Responsible for all preventative maintenance, necessary maintenance and repairs
- Able to work independently and manage daily duties
- Respond to tenant work orders and prioritize requests
- Supervise contractors and coordinate work
- Prepare maintenance logs and records
- Provide monthly activity reports
