Job Description
Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to operate and maintain all building systems, with a focus on high-quality maintenance and economical operation of equipment and systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 7 years previous building operations engineering experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions
- Proficient computer and e-mail skills
- Holds necessary/required licenses
- Ability to complete required safety classes
