Job Description
The Manager, Property is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to manage a well-maintained building, prioritizing tenant satisfaction, environmental health, and safety, while aligning with the owner's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Assist in solidifying a positive relationship with the owner
- Develop and implement staffing plans and job descriptions
- Prepare and report information in a timely fashion
- Create and develop upgrades to services
- Develop a resource plan with overall accountability
- Review and approval of payables and receivables
- Review and supervise all accounting output
- Weekly visits to sites to review policies and procedures
- Quarterly inspections of all properties
- Responsible for short- and long-range planning
- Ensure that all fire, life safety and other safety programs are established and followed
