Mechanical Reliability Engineer

The Reliability Engineer improves the operational reliability of office and R&D facilities across NA by analyzing performance data to prioritize, identify and eliminate causes of equipment failures.

Requirements

• Transforms sites from a reactive maintenance culture to a preventative maintenance culture.
• Manages the preventive maintenance (PM) program for rotating equipment.
• Conducts root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements corrective and preventative actions.
