Job Description
Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee data center build-out projects in mission-critical environments. This role requires strong MEP, BMS, and utilities experience, alongside client coordination and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead and build strong project teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
Requirements
- Obtain a clear understanding of project goals and scope from the client.
- Advise clients on realistic budgets, timelines, and project planning.
- Lead and build successful project teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage project financials.
- Implement, commission, and operate MEP, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain documentation and filing.
- Direct site meetings and closeout procedures.
