Job Description
The Project Manager will lead high-impact real estate projects, from office transformations to site enhancements. This role involves managing contracted services, addressing scope changes, overseeing project phases, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining accurate project documentation. The project will be focused on Apple's Cupertino-based tech client.
Requirements
- Oversee all related contracted services including architectural, engineering, construction and relocation services (including furniture procurement and installation).
- Monitor all phases of a project and promptly address any changes to the original scope of services and the impact to the project schedule and budget.
- Take corrective actions and integrate related functions such as Facilities Management, IS, Multimedia, Mail Services, Copier Services, Amenities and Security and any required base building trades.
