Job Description
Responsible for managing a property, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring a well-managed and well-maintained building. Emphasis on positive response to tenant concerns, environmental health and safety, and quality programs.
Requirements
- Assist in solidifying positive relationship with owner
- Develop and implement recommendations to position the property to achieve the highest value
- Prepare and report information to designated staff
- Create and develop upgrades to services
- Develop and implement staffing plans
- Prepare annual operating budget and monthly financial reporting package
- Review and approval of all annual lease reconciliation and estimates
- Develop a resource plan
- Review specifications prepared for service contracts
- Review and approval of payables and receivables
- Weekly visits to sites to review policies and procedures
- Quarterly inspections of all properties contained within the portfolio
- Short and long range planning for all properties assigned
- Ensure that all fire, life safety and other safety programs are established and followed
