Job Description
Spring11 is seeking a highly motivated, Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will be responsible for the management of high-yield debt and equity positions for various bank, REIT, and Private Equity clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required
- 1-2 years of experience related to commercial real estate industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess the financial and quantitative acumen necessary to make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations, as applicable, to senior management
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
