Job Description
Newmark is seeking a Technician, Maintenance to perform routine and semi-skilled tasks on client facilities, equipment and grounds. The role involves drywall repair, painting, plumbing, minor carpentry, operating power tools, and site mobile equipment. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary.
