Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the community's property and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, repair, and appearance. This includes tasks such as electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and floor maintenance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional conduct. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
Requirements
- HVAC Universal Certified
- College or Technical school training preferred
- Previous Property Management experience a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Drug test and background check required
