Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the professional and timely completion of assigned maintenance duties within the property to ensure a first-class condition. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager and focuses on tasks like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.
Requirements
- HVAC Universal Certified
- College or Technical school training preferred
- Previous Property Management experience a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
