Maintenance Technician

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager and involves electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and floor repair tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• HVAC Universal Certified
• College or Technical school training preferred
• Prior Property Management experience a plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interact with others in a team environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Drug test and background check required
