Job Description
We are seeking a Scrub Technician to support surgeons and registered staff in providing high quality care to patients in our ophthalmic theatre. The role involves assisting with daily setup, providing competent scrub assistance, and maintaining a sterile field. A willingness to complete our in-house Scrub Practitioner Programme is required.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience within a healthcare and/or theatre setting
- Awareness of health and safety principles related to ophthalmology
