Job Description
The New Rich is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the complete cycle of the hiring process, solicit and attract qualified candidates, and provide guidance in the evaluation of candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and a proven track record of recruiting and building a founding technical team at a startup.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Previous Experience recruiting and building a founding technical team at a startup
- Knowledge of IT and software development
- Master the use of social media and the best sourcing techniques
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of an ATS system
- Knowledge of common job boards
- Basic knowledge of HR
- Knowledge of the DFO tool
