Requirements
- Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer.
- Desirable certifications: ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, and Prosci.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process, organizational change, and/or learning improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices.
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to positively influence, mentor, and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
