Organizational Change Manager

Organizational Change Manager role at NewRocket, responsible for leading OCM project activities, supporting change efforts, and maintaining OCM governance and standards. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in process, organizational change, and/or learning improvements, with a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

Requirements

• Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer.
• Desirable certifications: ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, and Prosci.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process, organizational change, and/or learning improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices.
• Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to positively influence, mentor, and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
