NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to support customers in running and growing their ServiceNow environments. The role involves understanding business requirements, documenting user stories, and partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Proven ServiceNow experience with expertise in HRSD+CSM
- Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Platforms in Integration, Security Center, Upgrade, Debugging, Custom Application
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
- Strong relationship management skills with all levels
- Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills
