Deliver profitable growth across multiple regions by providing value-driven solutions to current and prospective customers as the Corporate Account Manager – Mobility at Nexeo Plastics. This role involves strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment, acquiring, penetrating, managing, and retaining global, large, and complex Mobility Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers by building broad and deep relationships across key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer communications and account strategies.
- Lead intensive prospecting efforts and leverage existing relationships within the Southeast region and Mobility Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer base.
- Consistently implement large-scale initiatives across multiple customer locations and facilities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the territory environment, including current accounts, prospects, competitors, and suppliers.
- Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans for corporate accounts and drive strategy with both internal stakeholders and customer leadership.
- Expand and further penetrate corporate accounts to broaden and deepen relationships with critical decision makers, enabling growth opportunities.
- Effectively leverage internal executive resources to strengthen and expand relationships within corporate accounts.
- Account Planning & Customer Knowledge: Identify and pursue strategic opportunities with key customers by coordinating activities across divisions and regions.
- Ownership & Performance Focus: Take full responsibility and ownership of assigned corporate accounts.
- Coordination & Leadership: Build internal networks across regions, account teams, functional groups, and suppliers to support account growth.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory issues.
- Technical Knowledge: Identify customer technical needs and build strong technical relationships to support growth initiatives.
- Value Proposition: Clearly understand and effectively communicate the full value proposition offered by Nexeo.
- Communication: Deliver customer presentations with a clear understanding of customer context and business priorities.
- Negotiations & Solution Agreement: Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
- Implementation Management: Respond effectively to evolving customer needs and additional requirements.
- Sales Administration: Maintain strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Pipeline and Quotation Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, recognizing customer positioning within the decision cycle.
