Job Description
Newfi Lending is seeking a Junior Account Executive for a full-time remote position. This trainee role is designed to be a starting point for professional growth within the company. AE training will be provided during the Junior AE's tenure, with the eventual transition to an Account Executive role upon management discretion. The role involves understanding and resolving client issues, escalating problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 2 years’ Mortgage Customer Service experience or service industry experience
- Strong ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
- Resourceful when problem-solving and able to think outside of the box
- Proficient with the entire Microsoft Suite and LOS experience preferred
