Job Description
Newfi Lending is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their team and handle customer service duties. This is a trainee position initially designed to grow into an Account Executive role with potential for succession. The role involves identifying and escalating client issues, clarifying details, and providing feedback to team leaders.
Requirements
- 2 years’ Mortgage Customer Service experience or service industry experience
- Successful track record with Customer Service
- Strong ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
- Resourceful when problem-solving and able to think outside the box
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly solve any problems that arise
- Proficient with the entire Microsoft Suite and LOS experience preferred
